IWCON is the abbreviation of ICT WORLD COMMUNITY NETWORKS. IWCON which pronounce as ‘ICON’ is a newly founded Non Governmental Organization (NGO) by a group of people in the ICT industry that see a gap between the techies and the people in this current world where technology has become the norm and the technology itself has become a significant advantage in the way business operate today. 

In Malaysia, they are thousands of individual that have the skilled and capabilities (techies) to use their knowledge to develop wonderful Application Softwares (Apps) or even a system to ease someone life or even to shorten a business operations. However, due to their way of life, techies are scattered all over the place across the nation and only be known among themselves. Very much often they spend hundreds of hours inside their room writing codes, programs, and designing new technology that only available towards the corporate with a handsome payment.
